Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and manage client projects, ensuring smooth execution and successful delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate complex technical projects while managing stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate has experience in software development environments, understands agile methodologies, and can drive client projects to success within scope, timeline, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Client Project Management‍

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for client engagements.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting client expectations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks in client projects.
  

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to clients on progress and challenges.
• Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of satisfaction with project delivery.
• Gather feedback from clients and internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
  

Team Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate tasks and resources across multiple teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings for client projects.
• Ensure clear and transparent communication of project status, challenges, and updates with internal teams.
  

Process Improvement & Agile Methodology

• Implement and optimize project management best practices, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Continuously improve workflows and processes to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to optimize project delivery.
  

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management within the software development or tech services industry, with a focus on client projects.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing distributed teams across different time zones.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical background or understanding of software development processes is a plus.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with startups and fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with staff augmentation models and outsourcing.
• Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
