We’re looking for a superstar recruiter - ideally with experience, but more importantly, someone who’s a quick learner, naturally curious about tech, AI, startups, and building high-performing teams. Your day-to-day will involve sourcing top talent on LinkedIn, HeadHunter, and other platforms, while leveraging our advanced ATS and tools like Notion, HubSpot, JIRA, Google Drive, and more to keep things organized. For now, you’ll also handle some HR tasks—managing employee agreements, registering hires in the Mehnat system, and coordinating payroll with our accountant. As we scale, we’ll bring in a dedicated HR lead, but for now, you’ll wear multiple hats and play a key role in shaping our team.
